About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Enterprise Transformation & SAP to lead a significant global SAP S/4HANA transformation within its automotive division. This senior executive role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation agenda, with a strong focus on AI as a core enabler. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end transformation process, including leading the remaining testing cycles, data migration, business readiness, and the go-live and stabilization phases. The role also involves setting the SAP platform strategy, championing architectural discipline, and leading major acquisition integration and SAP RISE planning and execution. The VP will be a key partner to automotive and functional business leaders, influencing the evolution of processes, data, operating models, AI, and digital capabilities. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or enterprise applications, with a proven track record of executive leadership in large, complex SAP S/4HANA transformations. Deep business and process acumen across core enterprise value streams, and the ability to influence C-suite and senior business leaders, are essential. The role requires a leader with strong commercial and financial management experience, the ability to connect enterprise platforms to business transformation outcomes, and a background in leading global organizations and highly matrixed transformation programs. Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or similar global product businesses, and SAP or enterprise-application integration for major business integrations, are desirable.
