Baptist Hospital is hiring an Operations Manager for the Baptist Orthopedics office located at Baptist Clay in Fleming Island, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. As a highly motivated and experienced Orthopedic Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the development and launch of an Orthopedic clinic at Baptist Clay. Orthopedics Operations Manager Job Responsibilities Working collaboratively with the Orthopedic Service Line Director to establish operational excellence in the clinic. Possessing a strong understanding of Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal clinical operations A commitment to patient care Developing budgets and pro-formas Being passionate about building a successful program from the ground up.
