Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist job in Mount Vernon, Ohio What You'll Do Evaluate claimants/clients by administering tests and measurements (e.g., range of motion, gait analysis, neurological assessment) to determine individual rehabilitation program needs. Oversee ongoing assessment of claimant/client rehabilitation, prepare, transmit, and maintain measurement and assessment records. Prepare and transmit reports, tests, assessments, and measurement records to interdisciplinary teams as requested. Write and present individual claimant/client treatment plans, including formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment. Plan periodic reassessments of claimant/client progress and revise the plan as necessary. Participate in ongoing continuing education, in‑service training, research projects, program development, and training of pre‑clinical clinical physical therapy students, physical therapy assistant students, licensed physical therapy assistants, and therapy aides.
