Dental hygienist(Part-time)

Overview We are an established dental practice seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to provide comprehensive cleaning, diagnostic assessment, and hygiene education to our patients. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $45 to $52 per hour and a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Perform clinical cleaning procedures including scaling, polishing, and restorative hygiene treatments. Conduct diagnostic structure reviews and maintain patient records in permanent digital medical records. Operate diagnostic radiographic equipment following safety protocols. Prep and sterilize instruments, ensuring strict infection control protocols. Collaborate with the team of clinicians to streamline patient workflows and support examination protocols. Teach patients age‑based flossing strategies and promote preventative home care habits. Qualifications Active license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Texas. Proficient in preventive oral cleaning techniques, scaling, polishing, and dental anatomy. Experience with electronic dental record systems and radiographic equipment. Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric approach to care. Additional certifications (CPR, BLS, X‑ray/Radiography, Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide) are an asset. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $45–$52/hr based on clinical experience. Incentive bonus of $90 offered to candidates hired through Jobley. Schedule Monday & Wednesday: 8‑5 pm Tuesday & Thursday: 7‑4 pm Fridays: 7‑12 pm (only two Fridays per month) Location David J.
