As an Operations Specialist within PNC's AMG Operations - Revenue and Control Services - Fee Unit organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Operations Specialist will be responsible for fee processing, verification. There will be some front office interaction—taking requests for fee processing and fee maintenance, mostly done through email. At times there will be some verbal communication needed from time to time. Operations Specialist Sr work often within Excel, and will be needed to create spreadsheets with basic formulas added. Prior experience within banking or finance is highly preferred. Experience with Trust Accounts and IRA's is highly preferred.This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.# **Job Description*** Executes complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.* Identifies and addresses exceptions. Serves as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Interacts with external customers to complete transactions.* Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.* Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers. Reviews existing processes, recommends improvements and drives implementation. Serves as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. Trains and onboards new hires.* Reviews transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
