Quick Facts Location: Yakima, WA Start Date: 06/18/2026 Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Active Washington State License preferred; current BLS Certification required Experience: Clinical audiology experience or completion of AuD program Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $1.00/hour Pay & Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success What You’ll Do Conduct diagnostic hearing tests including pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for patients of all ages Interpret test results and communicate findings to patients and physicians Recommend medical follow-ups, hearing aids, ear protection, and related treatments Perform hearing aid evaluations to identify optimal amplification options and fit devices accordingly Provide patient education on operation and maintenance of hearing aids Conduct routine hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting for devices purchased through the clinic Support patients throughout their hearing health journey, ensuring an excellent experience What You Need Required: Active Washington state audiology license (preferred) BLS certification Master's or Doctorate degree in audiology with clinic practicum experience Successful completion of a qualifying program, including AuD or equivalent Preferred: Certification of Clinic Competency in Audiology (for Master’s degree holders) About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a prominent healthcare facility in Yakima, Washington, focused on delivering exceptional hearing care.
