Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service required.
• Ability to learn and sell insurance products.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
