Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 4 x 10-hour shifts | Monday–Friday with variable off day | Start times 5:30 AM (6:00 AM on Wednesdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care exclusively within the pre-operative area
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures in accordance with facility protocols
• Perform pre-operative assessments and document patient status accurately
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient readiness
• Monitor and respond to patient needs throughout the pre-operative process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in a pre-operative or perioperative nursing setting
• BLS certification required
• Strong patient assessment and clinical documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a PACU or surgical services environment
• Familiarity with pre-operative workflows in a high-volume surgical setting
