TITLE
Registered Nurse - Telemetry

SCHEDULE
Shift: 6:45 PM to 7:17 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks

REQUIREMENTS
- RN License
- Stroke Certification

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
- Assess and plan nursing care for patients, implementing established protocols.
- Supervise clinical staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Color Scrubs: RN - Ceil blue or white; CNA - Hunter green
- House Supervisor must be contacted for any nurse cancellation.
- Adhere to patient-to-nurse ratios: 1:7 or 1:8 on Neuro Tele, 1:4 on Cardiac Stepdown, and 1:6 to 1:7 on Post-Op.
