Mentor and develop stylists through coaching and training. Focus on exceptional client service and retail sales performance. Help with recruiting and building a strong team. Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and brand‑ready. Contribute to growing our client base in the Jackson area. Requirements Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred). Active Michigan Cosmetology license required. Positive, outgoing personality with good communication skills. Driven by goals and team success. Availability for evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay plus service commissions plus retail commissions. Performance bonuses paid every pay period. Higher tips than other chain salons nearby.
