We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial machinery, electrical controls, and production equipment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, PLC, motor control, and automation issues.
• Install and maintain motors, transformers, drives, control panels, sensors, and electrical wiring.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot 120V, 240V, and 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components according to NEC standards.
• Test electrical systems using multimeters, meggers, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
• Follow all OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and automation.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent experience.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Industrial automation experience.
• Experience with robotics and conveyor systems is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Steel-toe boots and appropriate PPE are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
