Store bonus payout eligibility is determined by performance to the quarterly sales plan which may be prorated depending on various factors. Your role at Tumi: As part of our Retail team, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. Visual Merchandising/Client Experience: Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives, inclusive of cleanliness standards. Enforce excellent client services through the emphasis of utilizing client books, thank you cards and executing event strategies.
