Position: In-Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Tired of 30+ billable hours just to keep up?
At Bluestone Children’s Center, we’ve built a different model—one that prioritizes sustainability, clinical quality, and real work-life balance .
We are a privately owned, clinician-led clinic —not private equity driven. Our clinical team has a direct voice in decisions, and we’ve structured this role to support long-term success, not burnout.
Most BCBA roles require 28 to 32 billable hours just to meet expectations. At Bluestone:
- Productivity starts at 20 billable hours
- Your base salary is built around that expectation
- No pressure to overextend just to maintain your role
If you want to take on additional hours, there is consistent demand and the opportunity to increase your earnings—but it is always optional.

- Time built in for supervision, programming, and collaboration

Compensation & Benefits
