General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions. Makes independent decisions. Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities:Test Method Development, DoE, data analysis (python coding capability)Digital outputs of a sensor and analyze the dataTest bed developmentTroubleshooting skillsDeveloping comprehensive testing plans.Executing hands-on testing protocolsAuthoring detailed technical reports.Managing the defect lifecycle (collection, documentation, and summarization for our development partner).Must Have Skills:Risk and requirement managementTechnical writing (protocols, reports, etc.)Demonstrated experience with complex systemsEducation & Experience:Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred)Years of Experience: 8 yrsExperience in a FDA or FAA regulated environment is a strong plus; Medical device industry is ideal
