The Residence Inn by Marriott in beautiful Sedona, Arizona, is looking for our next Front Office Supervisor to help lead an amazing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences!

What You'll Do

As our Front Office Supervisor, you'll help oversee daily front desk operations while setting the standard for outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Training, coaching, and supporting front desk associates.
• Recognizing great performance and helping team members improve.
• Handling guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Helping coordinate schedules, assignments, and front desk coverage.
• Supporting reservations, guest payments, cash handling, and daily front desk procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards, hotel policies, and operating procedures.
• Communicating with guests, travel agents, and group contacts to coordinate special requests.
• Assisting with staff meetings, sales and marketing efforts, and other hotel initiatives.
• Acting as Manager on Duty when the Assistant Manager is not present and helping oversee hotel operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience is required.
• A background in customer service leadership or supervision is strongly preferred.
• Marriott Select Service experience is a plus.
• Relevant education, training, or an equivalent combination of experience is welcome.

Schedule & Availability

• Primary shift: Approximately 12:00 PM–8:30 PM.
• Evenings and weekends: Availability is required.
• Flexibility: Occasional morning, evening, or overnight front desk coverage may be needed, sometimes on short notice, depending on hotel operational needs.
