Role Overview
Join a remote chemist expert network that connects experienced analytical chemists with AI labs and companies for short and mid term contract work. Members contribute chemistry expertise to improve and evaluate AI models, design realistic tasks and deliverables, and provide domain specific feedback that advances frontier research.
Key Responsibilities- Train and evaluate AI models in chemistry, including providing labeled data, annotations, and evaluation input.
- Create tasks and deliverables grounded in real world chemistry scenarios for model development and testing.
- Review model outputs and deliver domain specific feedback to guide improvements in chemistry applications.
- Work independently on remote projects, meeting agreed deliverables and timelines.
- Professional experience with analytical chemistry techniques, laboratory experimentation, or chemical data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting methods, feedback, and task instructions.
- Ability to manage work independently in a remote setting and meet project commitments.
- Location: Remote.
- Employment type: Hourly contract opportunities.
- Typical project commitment: 15 to 30 hours per week, though individual projects may vary in scope and duration.
- Projects are offered on a rolling basis as opportunities become available.
- Pay range: 60 to 80 hourly, depending on the project and scope.
