Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and diagnose communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with speech and language difficulties Provide direct therapy services to clients, targeting their specific needs and goals Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' communication development and progress Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on clients' needs and progress Stay current with research and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
