Resident Experience & Leasing Specialist

Centerspace is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Union Pointe Apartments in Longmont, CO. You will manage the leasing funnel, assist applicants, and ensure exceptional resident service. The role includes some Saturdays and a mandatory pre-employment assessment as part of the process. The base pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with eligibility for commissions, bonuses, PTO, and benefits.
