Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Recruiter to join our team on‑site at our Margate, FL location. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full‑cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Oversee compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. Implement innovative recruitment strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various roles. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and HR tools. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing is a plus.
