Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor / Director of Housekeeping Job Summary The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction, following the guidelines of Hilton and IHG.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly
- Follow safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures
- Respect guest privacy and handle guest requests professionally
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts
