Job Qualifications 5 years minimum of project management experience in the electrical field preferred 7 years minimum of project management experience in construction or a related industry/field. Pass a background check, including drug test. Must have a clean driving record with a valid Tennessee license. Works well with others to reach common goals and strong business skills. Experienced in budget development, cost control, and financial forecasting for construction or electrical projects. Proficiency in using various software applications (Procore, MS Office Suite, and Estimation Software). Ability to learn new software/cloud‑based project management systems. Proficiency at reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with contract documents (contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendum, specifications, and change orders).
