We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team in Fallbrook, CA. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality pool care and takes pride in maintaining pristine, swim-ready environments. You should have hands-on experience with routine pool servicing, including water chemistry, cleaning techniques, and basic maintenance. We're looking for someone who can work independently, manage a regular service route, and represent our brand with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Regular maintenance, you'll perform weekly pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and basket emptying;Water chemistry, you'll test and balance water chemistry, adding appropriate chemicals to maintain safe, clear water;Equipment checks, you'll conduct basic equipment inspections and report any repair needs to our specialized repair team;Client communication, you'll build relationships with homeowners and address any concerns about their pool's condition;Detailed documentation, you'll keep accurate service records for each property you maintain;Route management, you'll efficiently manage your assigned route to service all pools on schedule.
