Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and treatments for outpatient clients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to help patients achieve their mobility goals
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation using MEDITECH electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in physical therapy techniques and outpatient rehabilitation
- Proficiency with MEDITECH charting system
- Knowledge of exercise prescription and therapeutic modalities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment
