Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on a variety of industrial machinery.
• Maintain, repair, and optimize conveyor systems throughout the facility to support efficient material flow.
• Troubleshoot and support robotics and automated equipment used in the manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Work on banders, packaging machinery, and shrink film equipment to ensure proper function and product quality.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 volts in accordance with safety standards and best practices.
• Perform basic PLC troubleshooting, identify system faults, and communicate findings to support more advanced controls work.
• Work overtime as needed to support production demands and respond to urgent maintenance issues.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean, well-maintained manufacturing facility that emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous learning. Positions are available on 2nd and 3rd shift. New hires receive initial training on 1st shift for approximately 1 to 3 weeks, working one-on-one with an experienced lead to ensure a smooth transition into the role. The environment includes production and packaging equipment, conveyor systems, robotics, automated machinery, and electrical systems up to 480 volts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $41.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
