About the Role:

Precision Tree Care & Removal LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Tree Trimmer to join our growing team in Live Oak, FL! Responsibilities:

• Perform professional tree trimming, pruning, and shaping to maintain tree health and aesthetics
• Safely remove dead, damaged, or hazardous limbs using chainsaws, and aerial equipment
• Operate and maintain equipment such as stump grinders, aerial lifts, skid steer, and grapple saw truck
• Follow ANSI Z133 safety standards and all company safety protocols on every job site
• Clean up job sites thoroughly, including debris removal and hauling
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in tree trimming, and removal with a tree service
• Proficiency with chainsaws, and other tree care equipment
• Ability to work at heights safely using proper safety techniques in aerial lift
• Knowledge of tree biology, pruning techniques, and safe work practices
• Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
• Drug free
• ISA Arborist Certification preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
