Client Services Representative

Carriage Animal Hospital is seeking passionate and dependable individuals who are interested in client and patient services to add to our growing practice! The primary job for a Client Service Representative is to exceed client expectations for outstanding service while maintaining hospital standards and positive patient advocacy. Daily Duties Answer phone calls. Schedule appointments for a wide variety of services. Maintain accurate client and patient information. Collect payments. Perform emergency patient triage. Keep lobby area tidy. Address client questions or concerns. Requirements Strong foundational understanding to perform basic responsibilities. Multi-tasking ability. Payment handling skills. Telephone skills. Client communication skills. Basic veterinary knowledge. Computer skills; knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus. Hours of Operation Mon – Fri (8:00am – 6:00pm) Saturday (8:00am – 2:00pm) Closed Sundays Benefits Uniform Allowance PTO Employee Pet Discount Medical/Dental/Vision Short/Long Term Disability Life Insurance The base hourly range for this position is $15–$18. Salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The provided range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
