About the Role The successful candidate will join a dynamic team to play a key role in cyber incident response, crisis management, and regulatory defense. Responsibilities Advise companies on cybersecurity incidents and complex privacy issues. Represent clients in investigations related to cybersecurity, AI, and privacy. Provide counseling on best practices and regulatory compliance. Offer cybersecurity expertise in technology and corporate transactions. Advise cybersecurity companies on legal compliance for security research. Qualifications Three or more years of relevant experience in the private sector or government. Experience with state or federal government agencies is valued. Required Skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Superior academic credentials.
