About the Role:

A nationally recognized healthcare association is seeking a Data Program Analyst (Coordinator) to support its growing Data Department. This position combines project coordination, administrative support, reporting, committee management, and research operations to help drive healthcare data initiatives that improve patient outcomes nationwide.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing projects, supporting research programs, coordinating meetings, and working with data without needing to be a full-time analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate research program activities and project timelines
• Support committee meetings, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up
• Prepare monthly reports, presentations, and Board updates
• Assist with survey programming, distribution, and reporting
• Coordinate annual meeting logistics and departmental projects
• Support data quality initiatives and process improvements
• Assist with data organization, reporting, and documentation
• Maintain project tracking systems and reporting dashboards
• Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Provide administrative support for multiple ongoing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required (STEM discipline preferred)
• Three or more years of project coordination, research coordination, or administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Survey software experience (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Cvent) preferred
• Data analytics or reporting experience preferred
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams experience is a plus

$65,000 - $70,000
