Regional Director of Multifamily Operations

Montium

Montium is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to lead property operations across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The role reports to the President and oversees regional leadership, leasing, maintenance and the Operations Manager, driving financial and resident outcomes for the portfolio. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach regional leaders, own operating results, partner with Finance on budgets, and build KPI dashboards for regular reviews with executive leadership.
