• Base salary up to $70,000

• Early dinner service operation with closing time 8:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence
• Coach, develop, and motivate front and back-of-house team members
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Maintain labor and cost controls while delivering exceptional hospitality
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent
• Foster a positive and professional culture focused on teamwork and accountability

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and guest service standards
• Ability to lead in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Stable work history with a passion for hospitality leadership
