Responsibilities Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Program Manager to remotely support our industry leading technology development client in Reston, VA. Responsibilities:

- Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing
- Work with senior/executive leadership, corporate and third-party vendor to define what is best-in-class, analyze the current state, and define the go-forward plan in partnership with organizational leadership
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and automation into projects and activities in the organization
- Manage and lead multiple projects involving multiple functions and teams to drive the simplification and digitalization of various Global Functions
- Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; Collaborates with the Business Units and Global function SMEs and leaders to recommend and implement changes to tools, processes, or business practices to drive simplification, continuous improvement and manage costs
- Review and evaluate program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
