Job Title: Billing Clerk This position is provided by Acro Service Corp. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Please consult with your recruiter for more details. Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr Job Details Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 (ONSITE) Duration: 6 Months Contract with potential for extension Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday (8AM - 5PM) Responsibilities Review and process new maintenance contracts, ensuring billing accuracy and proper signatures. Set up and manage new maintenance contracts, including customer number assignment and tax coding. Generate and mail customer invoices, including calculations for work completed. Perform monthly billing, ensuring system accuracy and posting credits/debits correctly. Prepare monthly activity reports for each location. Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to apply payments and correct billing errors. Implement monthly price increases and coordinate with branches as needed. Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or experience preferred. Experience with Oracle database and prior elevator industry experience preferred.
