Job Description Summary The purpose of this position is to support the Center for Teaching and Learning. The Educational Technology Assistant will focus on providing technological, creative and administrative support to the CTL . Typical scope includes assisting with workshops, trainings, creative digital services, event planning and execution, website and social media presence, clerical tasks, survey creation and distribution, data input and analysis, and research projects. Minimum Qualifications Must be a current University of La Verne student With Federal Work Study eligibility for the 2026-2027 academic year. Experience in a professional, customer-focused environment. Experience with video editing, videography, and/or photography, and/or graphic/web design, especially within the context of social media. Someone interested in all aspects of communications with an aptitude for video editing and production. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Apps, and similar cloud-based platforms. Should be comfortable using and learning a range of software and hardware tools. Must possess strong relational and organizational skills. Must be able to manage own assignments and work independently with limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Adobe CC or Final Cut, metadata tagging, and/or database management.
