Ansell is looking for a Customer Service, Account Specialist to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 US Dollars per year

*Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

In this position you will play a vital role in nurturing, retaining and growing customer relationships while providing accurate order processing and fulfillment. Collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Distribution Centers is paramount to facilitating a best-in-class customer experience!

What your role will be?

• Collaborating with cross functional teams, and reporting to the Manager of Customer Service, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage the order lifecycle process for all customers in assigned portfolio of accounts.

• Enable customer retention by establishing and fostering sustainable relationships through open and proactive communication.

• Monitor order patterns and contact customers for prompt reorder.

• Document and report quality or service complaints; ask questions to determine root causes and ensure a swift resolution.

• Support marketing initiatives by tracking lead volume, source, and conversion rates of product campaigns.

• Represent Ansell as the global product innovator by providing technical product expertise and recommending solutions that meet customers’ protection needs.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Customer Service

• Knowledge of CRM databases (Oracle and/or Fourth Shift), Salesforce and/or Trackwise Digital experience a plus!

• Proficiency with MS Office.

• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle frustrated customers with patience and diplomacy, continually looking to find solutions in the best interest of the customer and the company.
