Clinical Care Promoter & Health Coach

ChenMed is seeking a Care Promoter 1 to support both administrative and clinical tasks under physician supervision, as part of a physician-led care team focused on delivering comprehensive primary care to a defined patient population. The role requires performing routine duties, patient prep for exams, basic lab work, health coaching, and effective collaboration with physicians, clinicians, and center staff.
