This role will operate within a hybrid Agile environment, supporting a single Scrum team while maintaining delivery accountability and close collaboration with client stakeholders and offshore teams.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in D365 / Power Platform implementations, along with the ability to guide teams, drive execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesLead and support a Scrum team, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and delivery commitmentsPartner closely with Director-level client stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignmentDrive delivery execution and take ownership of sprint outcomesIdentify and remove impediments to maintain team velocity and performanceCollaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and user story readinessTrack and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progressSupport a hybrid Agile delivery model (Scrum combined with enterprise delivery practices)Work in close coordination with an offshore delivery lead to ensure aligned executionRequired Qualifications:10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Scrum MasterExperience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or Power Platform implementationsHands-on experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong experience working in hybrid Agile environmentsDemonstrated ability to drive delivery outcomes, not just facilitate ceremoniesExperience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with Director-level stakeholdersExperience with Agile tools such as JIRA and/or Azure DevOpsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in CRM and/or Contact Center environments (B2C)Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)Experience working in large enterprise environmentsAdditional DetailsSupports a single Scrum teamOperates in a hybrid Agile modelRequires close collaboration with onsite/offshore teamsWork AuthorizationCandidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.SkillsAgile, Scrum, Hybrid Agile, Senior Scrum Master, Delivery Management, D365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CRM, Contact Center, B2C, Jira, Azure DevOps, Stakeholder Management, Agile Coaching, Sprint PlanningThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 - $118,000/ yearly.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
