In collaboration with WTMF leadership and other Clinic Operations Managers (COM), the Clinic Supervisor assists the COM in overseeing the administration and operations of assigned clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment of organizational goals.  They will promote the patient first ethic, a culture of safety and promotes staff engagement and process improvement (may be assigned to lead Lean Initiatives).   This position also participates in hiring and oversees the training of new staff and ensuring proper protocols and policies are followed.

Representative duties:

1. Assists the clinic management in overseeing care, including, but not limited to, day-to-day operations, clinic-specific policies and procedures, marketing, customer/patient satisfaction, facilities maintenance, procurement of supplies and contact services, finance/budget, planning and development.
2. Completes various special projects, which may require reviewing and analyzing information, identifying problems, recommending solutions, and writing reports.
3. Helps manage facilities and the environment assuring via other support services that the facility is maintained in a safe and clean manner and presents a professional environment at all times, and that workstations and workflows are organized to assure effectiveness and efficiency; coordinates maintenance and repairs of area, equipment and instruments; identifies operational needs; manages appropriate level of equipment and supplies.
4. Assures that all equipment is maintained in good repair or is replaced as needed and monitors building for cleanliness.
5. Assists the clinic management in strategic planning to increase revenue and outreach programs.
6. Resolves patient complaints using the Patient First Ethic model.
7. Performs related tasks and assignments as necessary.
8. Complies with established organizational policies and procedures of WTMF.

Supervisor responsibilities:

1. Provides feedback to staff on improvement areas and recognition where/when warranted.
2. Consults on any questions or concerns that may arise.
3. Consults with management on questions regarding personnel issues of direct reports.
4. Promotes teamwork and provides leadership and direction to staff.
5. Delegates work assignments to staff.
6. Assists in writing performance evaluations
7. Participates in the hiring process including screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, being part of the interview team, check references.
8. Oversees the training and competency sign off of new staff and ensuring proper protocols and policies are followed.
9. Assists in on-going training and documentation for existing staff.
10. Participates in and potentially leads staff meetings and huddles.
11. Utilizes the performance standards to assure uniformity of compliance and competency in clinical skills.

Scheduling

1. Assisting in staffing and scheduling.
2. Keeps abreast of staff availability and encourages flexibility of covering shifts.
3. Collaborates with management on staffing concerns and problems.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. High School graduate or GED required.
2. Minimum of 5 years previous medical office experience.
3. A working knowledge of best clinical and management practices, including performance and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Total Quality Management (TQM), Epic EMR
4. Required experience in a LEAD role, including demonstrated success in managing financial resources, identifying and meeting patient requirements, and working effectively with medical staff and physicians

Salary: $70,000 - $98,000
