You will coordinate case documentation, manage operational data, support system usage, and collaborate with operators, analysts, and engineers to ensure mission readiness and efficiency.The role requires a Top Secret (TS) level clearance.This is on a funded contract, bidding on a specific Task Order.,### Required SkillsThe Case Support Manager will have a minimum of five (5+) years of experience in law enforcement and demonstrated capability in:* Managing case files, documentation, and operational workflows* Supporting mission operations through data entry, tracking, and reporting* Using Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite for case management and documentation* Providing hardware and software support to mission personnel* Conducting basic system troubleshooting and user support* Coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely case updates* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills,About WarCollar IndustriesWarCollar Industries, LLC is a veteran-owned small business.
