We are looking for an Enfermer@ to join our Patient Support Program (PSP), designed to improve the quality of life, functional autonomy, and therapeutic adherence of patients. The PSP offers a multidisciplinary approach that coordinates nursing services, along with other services such as psychology and nutrition, ensuring patient access to these specialized resources. Your role will be key: in addition to providing direct support in nursing consultations, you will be the central figure coordinating the patient with the other services of the program (psychology, nutrition, etc.), working closely with these specialized professionals. Annual remuneration: 30,000 gross/year + 5,000 bonus

What we are looking for in you:

• Training in health sciences, nursing, and being registered in the Nursing College.
• Previous experience in patient support programs (critical requirement).
• Familiarity with communication of Adverse Events and reconciliation processes (Pharmacovigilance).
• Knowledge of Codes of Good Practice and Ethical Codes.
• Proven handling of CRM platforms (Salesforce or others).
• English at a conversational level.
