Bilingual Youth Development Lead - Migrant Summer Program

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Youth Development Professional for their seasonal summer program running from June 15 to August 3. The role includes supervising youth ages 5-12, assisting with academic enrichment, and leading recreational activities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience with youth, and strong communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
