REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Four (4) years or more of HR experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable in CA labor laws
• Experience in HRIS system (such as ADP, Work Day, etc.)
• Detailed-oriented with strong organization skills
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing setting is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate on the designing and implementing full-cycle recruiting process
• Post openings, screen/evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, negotiate job offers, and prepare internal hiring documents
• Facilitate onboarding/off-boarding
• Record and report all Workers’ Compensation cases
• Manage and update job description database, ensuring job descriptions are current, relevant, and applicable
• Record and track all personnel requisitions
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation, modernize and streamline company benefits handbooks for all employees
• Manage benefit changes and updates
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedure and programs
• Address employee concerns and complaints and investigate and resolve personnel conflicts, facilitate communication between employees and management, and provide clear guidance on company policies and procedures
• Conduct/coordinate employee training on topics such as compliance, safety, and personal development, etc.
• Establish and maintain employee personnel records and database visas including following up on authorized work visa and obtaining appropriate documents.
• Monitor and track employees on FMLA

Please note that this role requires you to be on site from Monday to Friday. This role does not offer hybrid or remote.
