Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2+yrs MS Tele

Required Credentials: Will have to pass an EKG test

Unit/Facility Details: This is holding area in the ER. Patients moving to the MS and Tele floors Stroke/Tele

Shift & Scheduling: - Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer. - Schedule Details: 1500-2330 - Weekend Rotation every other - On-call requirements: none - Holiday requirements: Yes, either 4th of July or Labor Day

Floating requirements: Will possibly float within the hospital

7 days maximum time off

2 references required
