Location The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea is located in Chelsea, MA. The hotel features 180 guest rooms and suites, over 1,200 square feet of event space, and two dining outlets, including Pendulum Pub. It is 2 miles from Boston Logan Airport and 5 miles from downtown Boston. Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Guest Services team as a Hotel Shuttle Driver. The Shuttle Driver provides guests with transportation to and from points of interest, offers local recommendations, and ensures a welcoming and seamless experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and expressing sincere interest in their needs. Welcome guests into the shuttle vehicle, assist with bags, and open doors as needed. Offer knowledge of local attractions, traffic patterns, and directions to common destinations. Recommend additional areas of interest to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and operation of the shuttle, reporting any issues to management. Assist guests in securing alternate transportation when required. Work collaboratively with other attendants to personalize each guest’s experience. Support the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized. Qualifications At least one year of experience in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license with no infractions. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Pleasant and helpful personality with excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars. Strong desire to make an impact on other people and to “WOW” guests. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
