Overview As the temporary Office Associate/Receptionist with this highly respected financial services firm, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the firm’s exceptional culture. You’ll provide hands-on administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, assisting with reception coverage, catering coordination, and day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage inbound phone and email correspondence, routing messages efficiently and troubleshooting issues as needed. Coordinate catering and vendor needs, including setup and cleanup of conference spaces. Provide administrative support for staff and assist with special projects as requested. Partner with building management and vendors to maintain smooth office operations. Monitor mail, deliveries, and office supplies, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and is well stocked.
