ASSOCIATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – MIAMI

$45–55K base | $80–100K year 1 OTE | Uncapped earning potential

We’re hiring Associate Recruitment Consultants to join a rapidly growing Healthcare & Life Sciences recruitment business, with an international presence across the US, UK and Europe.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll specialise in the high-growth Pharma, Biotech and MedTech sectors, working with leading companies across the US and building relationships with senior-level professionals.

The Miami team is busy, successful and growing fast. Consultants are currently averaging 4 live jobs per week, giving you plenty of opportunity to build your desk, develop your network and earn.

Even better, you’ll work directly alongside a $700K+ YTD biller, giving you access to some of the best knowledge, coaching and mentorship in the business.
