Virtual Family Practice NP: Telehealth Wellness Visits

Sprinter Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform virtual wellness visits and in-home health services for patients in their homes in the United States. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centric care and collaboration with the in-home clinical team.
