You will directly support a small, manageable caseload of 10 to 14 students, ensuring high‑quality, individualized therapy sessions. Your schedule features 10 to 14 hours of direct therapy and 2 to 4 hours of indirect services weekly, offering a balanced approach to hands‑on care and essential planning or collaborative work. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Valid state licensure and eligibility or possession of CCC‑SLP credentials Recent graduates eligible; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Experience in school‑based or pediatric settings is highly valued Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Key Responsibilities Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for students, following IEP goals and school guidelines Conduct thorough assessments to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate records of progress and services provided Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes Offer case management support and participate in IEP meetings, as needed This contract role is an excellent match for those who thrive in school communities and appreciate a consistent, focused caseload.
