Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Support Agent, providing remote support to paramedics and healthcare professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate communication between patients, providers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff. * Provide non-clinical support to paramedics and emergency response teams. * Document interactions accurately in electronic systems. * Route calls to appropriate departments or escalate urgent issues. * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and Kaiser Permanente policies. * Support scheduling and coordination of patient services when needed. Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. * Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. * Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously. * Internet speeds: 50mbps down / 25mbps up Home connectivity: Must be cable or fiber internet and wired directly to the router with Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC capability. *No Wi-Fi or wireless extenders, No satellite, Starlink, Verizon or T-Mobile 4g/5g *Company will provide equipment; you will only be required to have a UL surge protector to protect equipment.
