Experienced Automotive Mechanic - Post Production

We’re looking for automotive mechanics with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience to join us at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. Responsibilities Perform a full range of automotive repairs—from light maintenance to heavy engine work—including air conditioning, heater cores, wheel bearings, axles, and timing belts across all makes and models. Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, particularly on electric and hybrid vehicles. Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems. Perks and Salary Pay Range: $25–$32 per hour. 100 % company‑paid healthcare premiums. Generous paid time off (birthday is a holiday). ASE and tool reimbursement programs. Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment. Schedule Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. All team members should be prepared to work overtime when necessary. Qualifications Able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check. Capable of working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and in various weather conditions.
