CNC Set Up Technician

We are seeking skilled CNC Set Up Technicians who excel in performing changeovers, loading machines, monitoring multiple machines simultaneously, and producing high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform changeovers and load CNC machines efficiently.
• Monitor 3-4 machines at a time to ensure smooth operation.
• Produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Design and machine parts using manual, lathe, or CNC equipment.
• Program machines directly using G&M code.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in CNC lathe and machining.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with mill operations and custom work with 1-3 part orders.
• Strong programming skills at the machine using G&M code.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with CNC machine operations.

Pay and Benefits
